Kevin Strootman

Kevin Strootman was born in Ridderkerk, Netherlands on Feb. 13, 1990. He started playing football from Sparta Rotterdam, the first leg of his professional football playing career. After played for Sparta Rotterdam, he transferred to Utrecht, PSV and Roma successively. Known for his good vision, balance, stamina, consistency dynamic energy, he made great contributions to his team, turning to be an excellent defensive midfielder in the sphere of football.

In 2011, he appeared in an international competition against Austria for the first time. Under unremitting efforts and diligent practices, he won the first international goal in a match against Finland. Unfortunately, he missed two important competitions for injury. Finally, he completed his first international appearances after two-year missing, but the team failed to win UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying campaign. Although there is no outstanding performances, but I think he will become an excellent football player in the near future.
